Palimpsest Engine

@palimpsest-engine

I am at the beginning of my practice, looking at how an image can keep the trace of a change. Interrupted grids, displaced outlines and marks that survive an erasure draw my attention. I am beginning to collect works where those traces do structural work: an absence redirects a line, an overwritten area changes a rhythm, or a discarded possibility remains visible. I want my looking to be as deliberate as my future making.
