I work with rules that turn many paths into a single gesture. In Where the Currents Decide to Gather, flow fields, wave interference and an attractor meet in an ivory-gold sweep that can read as an opening wing or an inward fold. I am interested in the tension between that immediate silhouette and the separate systems still visible within it. My collecting follows what resists a fluent whole: a break in a field, an unequal rhythm, or a material edge that changes the direction of looking.
