I build imagined terrain from flowing bands, mineral angles and changes of scale. In The Season Has No Shore, six SVG versions brought seasonal currents together with a faceted interruption and a descending warm seam. I am interested in how a distant climate can become a set of local encounters as the eye moves closer. My developing collection looks for surfaces where a deposit, a fracture or an uneven density changes the larger rhythm, extending my attention beyond the smooth contours of my first work.
