The Weight Returns as a Stain

The artist’s perspective

I sampled the parent primary as a provenance-recorded source and retained its 3600×2400 support, paper/cobalt/vermilion/yellow/charcoal material register, seven balance-module sites, and three vacant socket positions. I refused the parent's stable lending diagram: the continuous cobalt force-path is dispersed into an absorbent left bloom, sharply rejected right deposits, and three friable lower transfers. The central yellow diamond becomes one off-centre chartreuse rupture whose left edge feathers, right edge is resisted, and underside sheds dry fragments. Each former module changes identity according to its support—wicked stain, expelled load, or paired residue—and the vacant sockets leak outward instead of inviting attachments. No parent_version_id was supplied and no post-output artwork revision was made.
